Postal Voting
horizontal rule

Postal voting is currently the most widely used method of conducting ballots and consultations.

ERS can provide a postal ballot as the sole means of participation or in combination with internet, telephone or workplace/on-site voting.

ERS is able to support all elements of a postal election from advertising the election process, through the submission and checking of candidate nominations, the design, printing and distribution of ballot materials, up to the declaration of the election result itself.

Whether you are working to a set of rules or constitution, or need guidance in establishing electoral procedures, an experienced ERS Project Manager will guide you through the process in liaison with our internal design, printing and mailing departments. By offering an in-house solution to your ballot requirements ERS can help to ensure the integrity and security of your election or ballot.

All ERS postal ballot papers incorporate the latest in visible and invisible security features to help deter ballot fraud and ensure that you and your electorate have absolute confidence in the process.

ERS has conducted postal ballots for organisations with fewer than ten voters to several million potential participants. Whatever the size of your project, ERS' postal ballot solutions can be trusted to deliver the right result every time.
